Changelog

Every released version of the library, newest first — latest is4.2.2. Written inCHANGELOG.md at the package root, seeded from the release commits and shipped with the package, so the same history is available on npm and in the repo.Major andfeature releases are badged; everything else is a patch.

  1. 4.2.2

Dependency security fixes. The lockfile is the only file that changed — no component, token or API is affected.

  2. 4.2.1

Notice gets a per-tone icon tier: a canonical glyph for each tone, sitting in a vivid filled well, and a heavier title above the body. The new vivid tokens are covered by the contrast check, so tone still reads from the glyph and the text, never from coloured body copy.

  3. 4.2.0

    feature

Alert is renamed to Notice and gains new tones, a docs page and a written Notice / Toast / Dialog decision. Alert stays as a deprecated alias until 6.0.0, so nothing breaks today — but new code should import Notice.

  4. 4.1.3

Dependency security fixes. The lockfile is the only file that changed — no component, token or API is affected.

  5. 4.1.2

Dependency security fixes. The lockfile is the only file that changed — no component, token or API is affected.

  6. 4.1.1

A playground page for every component, in both frameworks — 98 files, so npm run dev now covers the whole library instead of a handful of pages. Dev-only: playground/ is still absent from files, so the published tarball is unchanged.

  7. 4.1.0

    feature

No API change. The library gets its own playground back after the showcase moved out: npm run dev renders components from source, both frameworks side by side. Dev-only — playground/ is absent from files, so nothing new is published.

  8. 4.0.2

Version bump only — nothing in this package changed. It was cut alongside the showcase catching up to 4.0.1 and pinning its terraform image.

  9. 4.0.1

npm run test:package reads the packed file list from the tarball instead of parsing npm pack --json, which broke on a CI agent that colours npm's output. No change to what is published.

  10. 4.0.0

    major

The built website leaves the package: it now publishes only tokens, components, CHANGELOG.md and the changelog parser, so the tarball drops from 16.9 MB to 1.8 MB. No API change — the site is now @stroeer-labs/design-showcase.

  11. 3.11.2

Packaging fix, no API change: the built showcase is back in the tarball. The deployed site's docker image is built from the published package, not from a workspace, so shipping without dist/sandbox published fine and then failed the image build.

  12. 3.11.1

npm run test:package no longer needs registry access, so it stops failing the release pipeline. It unpacks the tarball into a fixture instead of installing it, and every child process now reports its output on failure.

  13. 3.11.0

    feature

Importable by Node, not only by bundlers: relative specifiers under react and lib now carry their extensions, so /react no longer dies with ERR_UNSUPPORTED_DIR_IMPORT in SSR or static generation. base.css finally ships, and npm run test:package guards both.

  14. 3.10.1

Logo: the wordmark keeps its aspect ratio at every preset size.

  15. 3.10.0

    feature

New component: Logo — the Ströer wordmark as inline SVG, so it stays sharp at any size and takes its colour from the surrounding text. Size presets from 20 to 40px or an exact box, and decorative for when the brand name already sits beside it.

  16. 3.9.0

    feature

Sandbox rebuilt: ⌘K palette, mobile navigation, demo source under each pane, component pages in Preview/Usage/Consumers tabs, dark mode that survives navigation, self-hosted fonts, and a showcase that names the components it is built from.

  17. 3.8.2

Consumer manifest refreshed against 3.8.1, so the sandbox's "used by N apps" counts and per-app version tables match reality again. empty-state enters the manifest for the first time, and dialog picks up its Angular service imports.

  18. 3.8.1

Empty-state gains the icon-lg media variant — a size-16 circular well for section-level empty states. Angular media icon sizing fixed (was a no-op).

  19. 3.8.0

    feature

Adds a release changelog: CHANGELOG.md at the package root, seeded from release commits and hand-polished, one paragraph per version. Rendered on the sandbox home page and at /changelog, with major and feature releases badged. Backfilled one month.

  20. 3.7.4

Fixed the sandbox crashing on every component page: the Angular pagination demo island failed to hydrate and took the whole page down with it.

  21. 3.7.3

Consumer manifest refreshed, so the sandbox's "used by N apps" counts and per-app version tables match reality again.

  22. 3.7.2

    Consumer manifest regenerated against 3.7.1.

  23. 3.7.1

npm test no longer needs a build first — the pagination test runs against the source instead of dist/.

  24. 3.7.0

    feature

Five new components: empty-state, kbd, aspect-ratio, breadcrumb and pagination (router-free). Plus contrast and a11y fixes from a hard review, unified tooltip delays, a WCAG contrast gate in npm test, and usage docs for nine components.

  25. 3.6.1

    Dependency security fixes (lockfile only).

  26. 3.6.0

    feature

Four new components in both frameworks with sandbox demos: tooltip, alert-dialog, button-group and scroll-area. ngx-scrollbar joins the Angular peers — brain ships no scroll-area primitive, so helm delegates to it.

  27. 3.5.2

Keeps the generated consumer manifest lint-clean: collect:consumers now pipes its JSON through biome, so refreshing it no longer lands a lint-dirty commit.

  28. 3.5.1

    Dependency security fixes (lockfile only).

  29. 3.5.0

    feature

Adds accordion and spinner in both frameworks, with sandbox demo pairs.

  30. 3.4.0

    feature

Adds dropdown-menu (React + Angular): trigger, items, checkbox and radio items, submenus and separators, with a demo pair in the sandbox.

  31. 3.3.1

Consumer manifest refreshed after the targeting-console migration to the library.

  32. 3.3.0

    feature

KAN-179167: allowScripts added to package.json — a workspace-wide install-script policy change, no library code touched.

  33. 3.2.0

    feature

Adds day-time-picker (dayparting), chip, toggle and toggle-group in both frameworks. The dayparting grid's value model and interaction math live in lib/schedule.ts, shared by React and Angular instead of mirrored per framework.

  34. 3.1.1

    Dependency security fixes (lockfile only).

  35. 3.1.0

    feature

Sandbox playground pilot on button: a control panel that drives both framework panes at once through URL query params, offering only design-sanctioned prop combinations rather than a free prop editor.

  36. 3.0.10

    Dependency security fixes (lockfile only).

  37. 3.0.9

Sandbox sections renamed to "Available components" and "Planned components", so the split between what actually ships and what is only agreed is explicit on the home page and in the sidebar.

  38. 3.0.8

    Fixes the sandbox nginx configuration.

  39. 3.0.7

Fixes the default nginx headers served with the sandbox image.

  40. 3.0.6

Adds the release guide (KAN-178630): how to release the library, and how to deploy a sandbox-only custom build through Jenkins.

  41. 3.0.5

Cleaner nginx redirect for the deployed sandbox.

  42. 3.0.4

Fixes redirect issues in the deployed sandbox's nginx config.

  43. 3.0.3

Syncs the nginx port with the Dockerfile so the deployed sandbox answers on 49600.

  44. 3.0.2

Ships nginx-configuration/ in the published package files — the image build needs it.

  45. 3.0.1

Follow-up fixes to the sandbox packaging introduced in 3.0.0.

  46. 3.0.0

    major

The sandbox becomes part of the published package: its own package.json is gone (deps and scripts moved to the library root), dist/sandbox ships in the tarball, and ui.dockerfile plus nginx turn it into a deployed showcase with a public URL.

  47. 2.24.7

    Sandbox consumer manifest refreshed.

  48. 2.24.6

    Consumer manifest regenerated against 2.24.5.

  49. 2.24.5

Hardens input-group: min-w-0 so a long control can no longer stretch the group, an aria-invalid ring, and suppression of the inner control's own ring so focus shows on the group only.

  50. 2.24.4

Exports AlertAction from the React alert barrel — the action slot added in 2.24.3 was unreachable for consumers.

  51. 2.24.3

Ports the ppv-self-booking alert into the library: a warning variant and an action slot, in both frameworks.

  52. 2.24.2

    Consumer manifest regenerated against 2.24.1.

  53. 2.24.1

Fixes brand and elevation tokens. --brand becomes identity-only --brand-fixed next to adaptive --brand-interactive/--brand-link, and the shadow ramp is monotonic again — --shadow-2xl used to cast a smaller shadow than --shadow-xl.

  54. 2.24.0

    feature

Adds the toast component (React + Angular) with a sandbox demo pair.
